§ 10.12.100. Parking at Lake Topanemus

A. No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XI set out in Chapter 10.44 upon any part of lands owned and operated by the borough surrounding Lake Topanemus described in the schedule.

B. Violation—Penalty. Any person who shall be guilty of a violation of this section shall be subject to a fine of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for each violation.
